NOTE: Required state and local sales tax along with a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all orders.

1. Shipping Carrier and Timeframes

We primarily ship via FedEx Ground from our location in Florida. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, ranging from 1 to 7 business days. Please note that we aim to ship at the start of the week to avoid wine orders being in transit over the weekend.

2. Shipping Delays

Due to the small size of our company and to maintain the quality of our wines, there may be a 7 to 14 business day delay in shipping your order after it has been placed. This delay is in addition to the delivery timeframes mentioned above. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide you with the best products and service.

3. Weather-Related Shipping Delays

Your satisfaction and the quality of the wine are our top priorities. Therefore, we reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of extreme weather conditions (e.g., high/low temperatures) to ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition. If your order is affected by such delays, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for orders in the continental United States:

Variable Rates for 1-5 bottle

$20 Shipping: For orders containing 6 to 11 bottles.

Free Shipping: For orders containing 12 or more bottles.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, rates may vary. Please see the checkout page for these rates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
