1. Return Policy

We will issue refunds for the following reasons. You may request a replacement, but please be aware that due to our limited inventory refund may be the only option:

a. Broken Bottles: If you receive a bottle of wine that is broken during shipping, please take a clear photo of the broken bottle, the packaging, and any shipping labels immediately upon receiving your order. Contact our Customer Support team at wine@vinuv.com within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and a description of the issue. We will process a full refund for that bottle or send you a replacement bottle, based on your preference and our inventory.

b. Corked or Spoiled Wine: If you believe the wine you purchased is corked or spoiled, please provide a clear photo of the cork, bottle, and a description of the flaw. Contact our Customer Support team at wine@vinuv.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a refund or replacement bottle.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team at wine@vinuv.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

3. Refund Process

For approved returns due to broken bottles or spoiled wine, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
